Warranty policy

Veritech provides replacement, repair, or product swap services to our customers for defective products within the applicable warranty period depend on product conditions.

Limitation of warranty

This limits warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from below specific conditions.

l   Malfunction of products results from improper installation accident, natural disaster, and artificial operation.

l   Un-authorized disassembly, repair or modification of SPD or firmware.

l   Warranty label, laser tag or identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed.

l   Serial number of product does not match or be damaged or not clear enough to identify.

l   Products gave been sold not thru Veritech authorized agent, direct distributors, and resellers as well.

Disclaimer

The warranty Veritech provides on Veritech products are limited to repair and inspect in-warranty products, exclusive of data recovery and back up. Veritech shall not be liable for any damages and/or loss of data stored in products.

Veritech shall in no event be liable for any defect, damage or data lost occurred during the delivery of in-warranty products. Prior to claiming warranty service, Veritech recommends that you have a backup of your data and remove your data from in-warranty products.

In no event shall Veritech be liable under this statement for loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages to the extent that those losses or damages can be disclaimed by law.

Since Veritech products are not designed for high-safety applications, Veritech does not recommend applying the products in life support systems or other equipment which may lead to personal injury or death if such equipment are defective or have a breakdown, including but not limited to medical or medical-related equipment, military or military-related equipment, aircraft, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems, combustion control system and nuclear energy system. Veritech shall not be liable for any personal injury or death or any loss or damages to property arising from such kind of application.

This warranty is solely and entirely on the products and supersedes all other warranties and representations, whether in oral or written, between you and Veritech. Veritech makes no other warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, whether expressly or impliedly.

In the event that the law of certain country/region stipulates a maximum warranty period on products, Veritech will, in such country/region, with respect to the products, provide technical support and warranty service to local consumers in accordance with such stipulation.

In the event that the law of certain country/region prohibits the exclusion of implied warranty, Veritech shall, in such country/region, only be liable for the implied warranty on the products during Veritech's expressed warranty period.

Customers eligible for warranty service

Veritech warranty policy applies to all customers who purchased Veritech products through Veritech or Veritech authorized agents.

Duration of Warranty

DRAM module series:
All Veritech branded DRAM modules are applicable for lifetime warranty that the date of user purchases, if Veritech branded module is damaged naturally, end users who directly purchases from authorized agent, retail shop, will be eligible from free repair service of lifetime.

SSD product series:
All Veritech branded SSD products are according to the product itself planned warranty life. (Please refer to each SSD product specification sheet)

Additional Remark

"Three years warranty" is defined that, during the duration of product life, if Veritech brand products, either DRAM module, flash card, Pen drive, or SSD, are damaged naturally, excluded the specific causes above, Veritech will provide product repair without any charge to user. Veritech will not stoop supporting and servicing as long as specific raw material, components which are not phase out from supply market, as well as responsible request from customers.

在產品保固期間內,我們將依照產品的產品生命週期狀況,提供良品替換、原品維修、替代型號等保固服務。

保固責任範圍

保固範圍排除條款

l   因不當安裝、天災意外、人為不當操作等非產品本身之因素故障時,不予保固。

l   自行拆卸、修理、焊接、PCB撞擊、金手指燒毀、或修改SPDFirmware等其他任何不正方式所造成的產品損壞,不予保固。

l   本公司產品保固標籤、雷射防偽標籤、防拆標籤被修改、塗改、移除、仿冒,導致產品序號不符或序號損壞無法辨識時,不予保固。

l   透過僑集科技所授權之經銷商及經銷管道所購買之產品,請直接向經銷商提出申請。

僑集科技股份有限公司 (以下簡稱「僑集科技)的服務之風險是由您個人負擔。本資訊、產品及服務是依「現況」及「現有」基礎提供。

僑集科技保固僅提供於僑集科技產品的維修及檢查,不包含資料復原及備份,若在運送途中造成商品受損、遺失或變異,僑集將不負責任何的資料損失或遺失。在送修服務前,僑集建議您先備份您的資料,並在需送修前將保固產品內的資料全部移除。

在合理與合法的情況下,不負責與不承擔以下情況所述的損失:資訊內容的遺失與間接、附帶的、相應的損失等等情況。

Veritech產品並不是專為高安全性應用程式設計。因此Veritech並不建議將產品使用在有生命維持系統或其他相關設備所造成的缺陷或故障,將可能導致人員受傷或死亡,Veritech一概不負責以下的應用程式,如:任何在醫療或醫療相關設備、軍事或軍事相關設備、飛機、交通控制設備、防災系統、燃燒控制系統和核能源系統等,所造成的人員傷害或死亡。

在口頭亦是書面形式,Veritech並不會做出任何有目地的行銷亦是有健康目地的保固給消費者

如果在某些國家/區域的法律規定對產品有一個最高保固期限低於年時,那麼Veritech也將會遵守該國家/區域的規定,提供給當地的消費者相同的保固服務。

如果在某些國家/區域的法律規定禁止保固期間,Veritech只會負責該產品在Veritech所認列的保固期間內。

享有保固服務之對象

Veritech保固服務僅適用經VeritechVeritech授權的代理商所售出的Veritech記憶體。

保固期間

記憶體模組系列:

Veritech 全系列品牌記憶體模組,皆享有三年之保固,保固期間內產品元件若因自然老化皆享有原廠免費維修服務。

附加說明

"三年保固的定義是指產品生命週期,產品若非人為因素損壞,Veritech將提供免費服務,只要能在市場上取得原料及零件,Veritech將不會停止對該產品支援及服務。
